By subscribing to GNT, you will receive SMS text messages from us dependent upon the service selected by you. GNT text messages that you receive on your mobile phone may be delayed during transmission for any technical reason. Most Mobile phones are capable of receiving 160 characters in a text message, some only 150 characters. Each GNT message is expected to be within the 150 character limit so that no extra charges are charged by your service provider. Each message is derived from the Contemporary English, Good News, King James and Modern King James Versions and Translations of the Bible, and messages include the verse location for further reference. The accuracy and timeliness of any GNT message is not guaranteed or warranted by GNT. GNT does not intend the text messages to be advice for any person for a legal, personal, or health related issue. Not all GNT Mobile services require subscription. For those services that do, you are required to send a text message to that effect to various 'shortcode' numbers in your country. GNT will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of using the service. GNT reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as GNT deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE GNT SERVICES, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE GNT SERVICES.
GNT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your subscription and access to any or all GNT services at any time, without notice. GNT shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread, unsent or past messages to you. Unsubscribing/Service Cancellation
